Seize the Day!

Dear Paper Lovers,

Welcome to 2017!

What a great start to this year it has been. Great weather. Lots of rain. A new season of blessing is on our doorstep. We have kicked this new year off with a great start by launching TWO brand new collections.

Our first collection, Seize the Day, is a shimmering New Year collection for a hopeful New Day, a Brand New clean page...for us to DREAM BIG! So, aim High & Seize it!

For the Planner Addict, Bible and Art Journaler, Scrapbooker, Cardmaker,
Layout artist and Mixed Media Queen -  this is for you.

Back to Work & Back to School.
This collection will inspire you to get organized for the year ahead.
A shimmering but practical collection with a versatile variety
and a colorful, strong and bold color palette.

It is positively Inspirational  & Artsy with a little touch of local South African Succulent Flora flair.

A little sneak peak on the real McCoy:

In this layout everything was fussy cut by hand. No machines where used.

3D Flora's (includes two types of succulents and some pretty cactus flowers): Distressed and layered with foam squares.

The step by step tutorial and paper for this kit is available for purchase in our online store here.

Our second collection for this new year, is just in time for the Month of Love.

Both these collections can be ordered from our online store here.

This past weekend, Ivytree Studio attended the first National Scrapbook Day event held at the Moreleta Church in Pretoria. We also gladly sponsored some paper for this event and the event in Durban North. We enjoyed meeting some Facebook Friends and familiar faces in person once again.

The response to the paper we took with us on the day, was absolutely phenomenal! We could barely set up when the ladies started storming our little table. It's the most paper we've sold in one day. Thank you so much for all your support! We hope that each and every sheet of paper will bring you joy and blessing.

The ladies who attended the Pretoria NSD 2017 event @ Moreleta Church.
We were so busy selling paper, we missed out on the photo. Next time! :)

My bestie & partner in Art, Surita. Our artist in residence.
What a great job she did.
Not really her forte dealing with so many people all at once,
but she coped quite well. :)

So sorry I could not attend and support you there. Your pop-up shop display looks fabulous! Well done, so proud of this South African team.
